Production Process Flow

Hot-rolled plate → pickling → cold rolling → annealing → temper rolling → cutting into flat plates (some need galvanizing/painting)

Hot-rolled plate → pickling → cold rolling → annealing → temper rolling → coiling into coils (one less cutting process than cold-rolled steel)

Quality Control

Focus on controlling surface roughness (Ra≤1.6μm), flatness, cutting tolerance (±0.01mm), and need to test formability (such as cup drawing value)

Control coil shape (tower shape ≤3mm), thickness uniformity of the same coil, and surface quality inspection (no pitting, scratches) consistent with cold-rolled steel

Usage and Installation Steps

Direct stamping, welding or bolt fixing, no need for surface pretreatment (anti-rust oil needs to be removed for welding)

First uncoiled by an uncoiler, cut and then used, pre-installation treatment is the same as cold-rolled steel

Other Details

Single sheets are easy to stack for storage, suitable for small-batch, multi-specification orders, and need to prevent scratches during transportation

Coil storage saves space, suitable for mass procurement, requires special coil racks for storage to avoid coil deformation
