Product Parameters

Prepainted steel coils refer to steel products where one or more layers of organic coatings (such as paints, films, etc.) are applied to the surface of base materials like cold-rolled steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets through a continuous coating process. They are ultimately supplied in coil or flat sheet form.

Base Material: Determines the mechanical properties of the product. Common types include cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (GI), and aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets (AZ). Among them, galvanized/aluminum-zinc coated base materials are the mainstream choice due to their inherent anti-corrosion layer.

Coating System: Includes a primer (to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance), a topcoat (to provide decoration and weather resistance).

Production can be carried out in accordance with customers' various requirements.
