1. Acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt spray resistance:
Electrostatic powder spraying aluminum sheets can withstand acid immersion for up to 720 hours and alkali immersion for up to 480 hours; ordinary color aluminum sheets start to blister after only 3-4 hours. In terms of salt spray resistance, electrostatic powder spraying aluminum sheets can last more than 4800 hours, while ordinary color aluminum sheets can only last up to 1000 hours.

2. Anti-aging performance

It has good resistance to light radiation damage and oxygen aging. When exposed to sunlight outdoors for a long time, there will be no chalking, cracking, delamination, fading or other phenomena.

3. High hardness and scratch resistance

After curing, the electrostatic powder spraying forms a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness of over 6H. Compared with traditional paint coatings, it is more durable and can resist abrasion and scratches during construction and maintenance.

4. Green environmental protection

No organic solvents are needed in the Electrostatic powder spraying process, which reduces the emission of volatile organic compounds and makes it more environmentally friendly. The solid content of solvent-based coatings is about 55%, and about 45% volatilizes, meaning 450 kilograms of carbon emissions per ton. Based on a production line using 6 tons of solvents per day, each line would generate 2.7 tons of carbon emissions per day, amounting to 32.4 tons of carbon emissions per year for one production line. In contrast, powder-sprayed color aluminum sheets have almost zero VOC emissions, which plays an important and positive role in achieving the country's medium and long-term strategies of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
